Exchange & Refund Policy
✦ First: Inspection Upon Delivery
Product inspection is available upon delivery in the presence of the shipping representative across all governorates in Egypt.
Returns are accepted only while the shipping representative is present, immediately after inspecting the order. Once the representative has left, returns are no longer available.
Partial acceptance of orders is currently unavailable

Second: Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

In its original condition.
Unused and unwashed.
Returned with its original packaging, all accessories, and the Security Tag intact and attached.
Free from any signs of wear, perfume, makeup, stains, or damage

Third: Shipping Fees
Exchange shipping fee: 95–120 EGP (depending on the delivery location).
If the order is refused upon delivery, the shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Fourth: Sale Items
Discounted items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges are permitted only if all exchange conditions are met.

Fifth: Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
A replacement will be arranged at no additional shipping cost

Notes
Exchange requests submitted after 24 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
Willow reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
